Finally picking this back up! I accidentally saw an R. F. Kuang book talk a few months ago about this book. Then I saw the book a few times in stores and took it as a sign. If you like grad school and hell literature, highly recommend (so far).
Just ran into town for PT and to pick up my groceries. Kids at the store were actually surprised that I could carry that much on my bike.

At dinner with my family and some kid (not Theo) decides to pull the fire alarm! We were sitting outside, so no big deal, but Theo did get to play in the firetruck!
Loving this so far - does this mean I like dark academia (especially after I enjoyed the first half of Katabasis)?
